It’s hard to believe it’s that time again. The third annual Budman poker run has been scheduled for Saturday January 28th. We’ll meet at Johnny’s at 10:00 a.m. for signups and pull the first card of our poker hands. At 11:00 we head to Los Banos (destination TBA.)  Our next stop is the Gustin Inn where the wonderful owner Billy Jean will provide the best darn beans you’ve ever tasted and Lori and her top notch team serve us ice cold beer and tasty libations. Then it’s on to the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery where we will honor Budman with a toast. After that it’s back to Johnny’s for Paul Z’s famous barrel cooked ribs and chicken with all the fixin’s. After the raffle of wonderful prizes we’ll dance to the sounds of Los High Top and party the way our pal would if he were with us. All proceeds will go to the San Benito County Homeless Coalition.
